Delivery timelines depend on your location (India or international).
Elyvra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier partners.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered and opened.
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
