Elyvra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered and opened.
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• Product damaged or wrong item received

• Evidence (photo/video) must be sent to vivainternational23@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed.
