1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India and internationally.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Delivery Time

• India: 4–8 business days

• International: 10–21 business days depending on country & customs

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order ships.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

We prioritize hygiene and product safety.
Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You received a wrong product

• Product arrived damaged or leaked

In such cases:

• Attach photos/videos of the issue and packaging
  Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
